XXIV International Book Festival "Green Wave"

 XXIV International Book Festival "Green Wave" in 2020 is held in offline and online formats. ✅ Directions of the festival: publishing and book distribution, popularization of reading, international cultural relations, art of illustration.  The offline festival will be held in Odessa from 6 to 9 August 2020.  The festival includes a book fair, a program of events on the “Book Stage”, a program for children and adolescents of the Korneichuk Festival of Children's Literature and a program of the forum “Ukrainian Book in Odeshchina”.  Locations: Festival Center in the park. T. G. Shevchenko ("Book Alley", "Book Scene", "Territory of Creativity"); Odessa National Scientific Library.  Publishing houses and bookselling companies representing fiction, educational, scientific, popular science, special, children's literature take part in the book fair of the festival; electronic publications, periodicals; printed graphics. ✅ The program of events on the "Book Stage" includes presentations of new publishing projects of the festival participants, presentations of books-laureates of the "Art of the Book" and "Odessa on Book Pages" competitions, readings, author's evenings.  The Korneichuk Festival of Children's Literature is represented by a program of children's books presentations, master classes by writers and illustrators, theater and music programs. For the first time, within the framework of the Green Wave, the forum "Ukrainian Book in Odeshchina" is being held: "Odessa Bibliosummit", discussions on topical issues of publishing and book distribution, creative meetings, and other events will take place.  In the days of the festival, the awarding ceremony of the laureates of the traditional book contests "Green Wave" - ​​"The Art of the Book" and "Odessa on Book Pages" will also take place.  Admission to all festival events is free. ⏰ Working time: 10.00 - 20.00.
