This training seminar is for those who want to: - Learn to disarm the interlocutor who wants to drag you into a conflict situation. - Instantly come out of unnecessary conflicts as a winner, while maintaining nerves and good mood - Develop your own, the most suitable strategy for him out of various kinds of conflicts. - To receive a resource of "assertiveness" - that is, not aggression, but the ability of a person to independently regulate his behavior and not depend on external influences of assessments.
