Traditional Thai massage considers the human body as a single energy system, consisting of a large number of energy lines (according to some descriptions up to 72,000), connecting all human organs and systems into one whole. In the Thai tradition, the most used are 10 of them, called Sen meridians. Disruption of the flow of energy (or prana) along one of these meridians can lead to physical, mental or mental discomfort, and affect the work of any organ, organ system of a person and his general well-being. Massaging these energy lines-meridians allows the free flow of prana. Due to the fact that the Thai massage session includes a lot of twists and stretches, reminiscent of yoga asanas, it is called "yoga massage" or "yoga for the lazy." No special medical education is required to study Thai massage. The technique of Thai massage differs from classical massage techniques and is available both for home use and for massage professionals working in salons, spa centers and private offices. In the classroom, there will be the necessary amount of theory and 90% of the working time of the course - these are practical skills in massage, practicing exercises in pairs on each other.All students for training are provided with printed materials in Russian with a description of the course exercises, at the end of the course a Certificate is issued.
