Lawlessness on the coast. The essence of the fraud with the cut and development of reaction slopes in the beach area: The developer "Intergal" announced that he decided at his own expense to allegedly strengthen the public slope. To do this, he vertically cuts this slope and builds a retaining wall, which only Intergal needs, so that under this sauce it would be possible to cut off a part of the gentle slope, increase the building area and build an access road to his illegal impudent building! More than 200 trees have already been destroyed. Before the start of the work of Intergal, no strengthening was required on the slope of the 13th Fountain! But the very fact of starting work can lead to a real disaster! On this construction site of the residential complex "La Mer" - the prosecutor's office has already opened 4 CRIMINAL CASES, AND THE COURT BANKS THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE "La Mer" RC - BUT THE DEVELOPER DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE JUDGMENT AND IS BUILDING FURTHER! So what is Intergal so proud of? The fact that they managed to agree with the city authorities, the prosecutor's office and the police about building their own residential complex in the beach area, despite the court's ban. But this is not for long, Odessans have learned to give such impudent developers and our city long-playing "Lukashenko" in the teeth. If the local authorities do not care, the residents of Odessa do not.
