"Magic of the South: Secrets of Winemakers." Wine tour with Anna Kupriy

We will take you outside the city, but not so far that you have time to get tired of the road. The owners of a small but successful winery will be waiting for us in Belyaevka. Here not only grapes are grown and the right wine is made, the history of the country's wine industry is being created here. It was at the winery of Maryana Shevchenko, a resident of Belyaevka, that in 2016 the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a law to simplify licensing for small wineries. Do you want to know how it was? Get ready for the road! From Belyaevka we will go to the ferry between Chernomorsk and Odessa to have a great lunch at the Paromschik cafe. We are waiting for a set lunch: first and second course, salad and drink. And all this - in the air, in an open area, under a canopy, overlooking the port! And then - the final beautiful chord of the day: tasting at the winery at the Tairov Institute. The winery owners will arrange a 45-minute tour of the territory for us, show us the vineyard and the wine cellar, and take us to the Vasily Tairov museum-apartment. And they will offer to try ten positions of wines, including liqueur wines rare for our region. As it will be: 10:00 - gathering at Cathedral Square, transfer to Belyaevka. 11: 00-12: 30 - excursion around the winery Maryana Shevchenko, tasting13: 30–14:30 - lunch on the ferry crossing between Odessa and the Black Sea. There is also an air-conditioned hall and a summer terrace. The opportunity to feed the swans and admire the views of the port, as well as buy mussels with you (depending on the season). 15: 00-17: 00 - Vinorobna station at the Tairov Institute. Tour of the winery, visiting the vineyard and the museum of Vasily Tairov. Tasting ten positions of wines with a detailed story about the production technology of each type.
