Therapeutic Dynamic Massage

The Therapeutic Dynamic Massage course is the meeting and fusion of East and West. It was created thanks to the inspiration I received while studying dynamic massage and osteo-thaw. The course combines oriental ideas about massage as a spiritual path, rhythmic and meditative practice and the western desire to understand the anatomical structure of a person and apply osteopathic principles to Thai massage. Dynamic Thai massage is an intuitive approach based on feeling. It is a dance, and as with any dance, we tune in to the rhythm and allow it to flow through our body into the body of another person, so that in the end we move in harmonious resonance. The course also includes morning yoga, which concentrates on working with the center (hara). This yoga is specially designed for massage therapists, it helps to stabilize, align with the rhythm and maintain a cyclic movement during massage. The osteotaya element is designed to help the practicing massage therapist to be more precise in their actions, fully understanding the purpose and purpose of each massage position. The osteopathic component of the course also suggests that we pay more attention to the quality of touch and the application of certain osteo principles in massage technique. We will look at several dynamic spiral unwinding techniques to release the fascial aspects of the body's kinetic circuits that hold chronic patterns and imbalance the musculoskeletal system.I have a soft teaching style that makes learning easier even for beginners, but still the course is most suitable for those with experience with the body and especially for therapists who have completed the basic Thai Yoga Massage Basics course.
