He also needs to understand how to lengthen-stretch, contract-relax a certain muscle. This seminar allows integrating knowledge in the field of various sections of human anatomy in order to further their practical application in various fields of medicine, physical culture and sports.  The program includes the following topics: Theoretical part: Anatomical terminology, anatomical planes (sections), rotation axes; Structural and functional organization of the human body (cells, tissues, organs, systems and apparatus). General information about the skeletal system; Features of the structure of cancellous and tubular bones; Topographic bone formations to which muscles and ligaments are attached;  Age features of the skeleton structure; Connections of bones (continuous and discontinuous);Construction of the joint, classification of joints, structural features and functioning of various joints of the skeleton. General information about the muscular system (muscle tissue, the structure of the muscle as an organ, additional muscle elements, muscle classification); Particular anatomy of the muscular system: the following topographic groups will be considered ⃰: muscles of the head and neck; muscles of the chest and abdomen; back muscles; muscles of the upper limb; muscles of the lower limb.  At the basic seminar, only the superficial layers of muscles will be considered, with which a specialist most often works in his practice. Deep and small muscles will be viewed at a glance. Practical part: ️Practical analysis of the positions of body parts and organs relative to each other in various anatomical sections. ️Analysis of the performance of movements in the joints of the musculoskeletal system. ️ Finding on the human body the most significant and necessary for further study of skeletal muscles, bone formations. ️Search and identify muscles on the dummy and on the human body: points of origin, attachment and topography of the muscle. ️Solution of practical tasks associated with a change in the length and physiological state of the muscle (lengthening-shortening; relaxation-tension). After passing the "basic course" the student will be able to: ✅ use anatomical terminology to find the necessary anatomical structures on the human body, be able to determine and analyze the position of body parts and organs relative to each other;✅ understand the biomechanics of each joint of the musculoskeletal system and the peculiarities of performing movements in different joints of our body; ✅understand the general principles of the structure of tissues and organs of the human body; ✅ find and define on a living person the projection of bones, bone protrusions, joint spaces, etc .; ✅ understand the function of the joint depending on the features of its structure; ✅ find and define superficial muscles on a living person; ✅determine the projection of deeper muscles in different parts of the body; ✅ change the state of the muscle (relax or lengthen) when performing massage effects, stretching, etc.  !!!
