Sherry is downright an ideal drink for our latitudes: it warms up and knows how to catch up with soulfulness.  Only here with us, few know what it is all about and what is good about it.  And sherry is a delicate, aristocratic wine, white fortified, with special aromas and tastes.  Sherry is dry, semi-dry and sweet.  Our love for Sherry has already been known since last winter. So with the onset of a cold snap, we want to introduce you to this wonderful drink.  On Saturday, September 26, we will figure out where it came from, how it is done, what it is combined with and why we urgently need to love it.
