What is the difference between the Professional Coach ICU program? ❓ ❗ Firstly, this is an international certificate, confirmed by two professional associations at once: International Coaches Union and International Coach & Trainer Association. ❗ Second, and most importantly, it is an extensive training program that covers a variety of coaching areas. The training includes three main blocks for different levels of training: ✅ Individual coaching. ✅ Coaching for business. ✅ Deep coaching.☝️ The full course lasts 8 modules of 2 full days (128 training hours). Methodologies for working in individual and group coaching, transformational coaching, spiral dynamics, basic coaching techniques, marketing for coaches and stress management are given in detail.  Between the modules, students organize independent work in small groups, individual sessions with professional coaches and supervision. ‍‍ Teachers - highly qualified specialists and practicing coaches from different countries.
