The Theurung Association of Depth Psychology presents the developmental and therapeutic program "Fate Analysis. Changing Generic Life Scenarios". Fate analysis is unique in that it allows you to identify deep negative programs that interfere with a free, healthy and harmonious life. The schedule of subsequent sessions has been drawn up.The program consists of 6-7 sessions (meetings), which take place once a month. Each meeting consists of: - individual work with the presenter within the group format; - theoretical part; - diagnostics of the content of the unconscious using projective techniques; - practical work through various psychological methods: psychodramatic techniques, narrative practices, "active imagination", etc .; - specific recommendations regarding personal requests of participants.  The topic of the first session is "My Authentic Self": WHAT WILL HAPPEN: - Explanation of the specificity of the generic unconscious and its influence on human life and choices. - Authentic Self as a unique core of personality and its realization as a unique (authentic) life scenario. - Diagnostics of the Authentic Self and Protector-Persecutor. Identification of authentic life scenarios and deep unique needs associated with it. YOU WILL LEARN: - What desires and interests do you supplant, considering that they are too atypical both for you and for those around you? - There is also an understanding of what new effective and resourceful content your life will fill if you begin to realize your repressed desires. Fate analysis will help you to figure out what your life is, to break out of the vicious circle of claims of your ancestors "You must", to stop justifying the unfulfilled hopes of your relatives, to start living your own life, to make decisions and choices intelligently. You will be able to figure out how much the experience of your ancestors affects you: their desires, goals, experiences and, especially, psychological trauma. In fate analysis, this is called generic life scenarios, in the people - a generic curse, in esotericism - karma. Practice shows that all this affects each of us from the unconscious level of our psyche, instilling in us certain thoughts and pushing us to certain choices and actions. And these thoughts, choices and actions are far from always constructive - after all, along the ancestral lines each of us has accumulated a lot of negativity: psychological trauma, disappointment, mental pain, despair. And all this gradually "whispers" to us not the most correct decisions, being the very treacherous inner voices, listening to which we then bitterly regret.And, most importantly, you will be able to understand what your individual, deeply personal and dear life scenario is - who I am, what is my purpose and how I want to live my life. Fate analysis is one of the branches of depth psychology. It is based on the psychoanalysis of S. Freud and builds bridges to the psychology of C.G. Jung's complexes. Fate analysis explains the influence of unconscious desires on a person's life, provides tools for working with them, helps to get out of the trap of generic scenarios and change non-constructive relationships with loved ones, fills with strength and energy.
