The turnout in the elections in Odessa was 29.82%. This is almost 10% lower than in the last local elections in 2015, when it was 38.06%. Can the government be called legitimate when 1/5 of the population elects? The second round of elections will take place on November 22. As a rule, the turnout will be lower than in the 1st round.
