category: online
place: Location (look in the description)

The turnout in the elections in Odessa was 29.82%. This is almost 10% lower than in the last local elections in 2015, when it was 38.06%. Can the government be called legitimate when 1/5 of the population elects? The second round of elections will take place on November 22. As a rule, the turnout will be lower than in the 1st round. And the question arises: "For whom and how to vote?" Live, within the framework of a live dialogue, the invited speakers will answer the most pressing questions - plans, goals and political ambitions. Speakers: Igor Bychkov (ob.org. "Open Society of Ukraine") Vadim Oksyuta (Lawyer) Mikhail Shabanov (Political scientist) Igor Nazarenko (Director of the Institute for the Development of Democracy) Gennady Chizhov (President of the center "Lad") Mikhail Kuzakon (Social and political figure) Pavel Kirilenko (Chairman of the Odessa regional organization VO "Svoboda") Leonid Shtekel (Chief editor of Odessa Daily)
