The recent Halloween reminded us of how we get tired of ourselves and our usual roles. From white and fluffy, spiritual and good. But the children perfectly pick up the character of different heroes and joyfully splash it out to the adults who come to their senses. They still play, try themselves in different roles and situations, and catch people's reactions. Children have more behavioral choices. What am I getting at? Now I will try to explain. Short) What character do you admire? Who do you envy? And who is unacceptable? This is where the atomic energy charge is contained! All is well with wonderful and positive characters. Many want to be like them. But they can compare themselves with them clearly not in their favor and therefore do not have access to these super qualities. And while we are not in contact with such characters from within ourselves, this energy is inaccessible to us. We reject it, seal it and do not use it. As for the "evil" characters, they are rejected for other reasons. This is similar to the exclusion of those people in a family (collective) who do not behave according to the rules and principles adopted in this family (collective).But throwing the baby out with the water is unwise. For there is great benefit in the images of those whom we do not accept or admire. How to use the power of the chosen character? Let's play! Not yourself, but the one who surprises, admires, worries or disgusts. In our magical How-To-Theater, you can "try on" different roles and live yourself in the role of someone who somehow catches our feelings.  Or, conversely, live yourself, the best from the future! Such, as it seems to us, self-unrealizable! What if he comes in and doesn't want to shoot this role?  The fact is that once having tried on any role for ourselves, we change a little, act out forbidden and unacceptable feelings. And as a result, we become more flexible and free, we acquire multivariate behavior. And such people are always healthier and happier, - proved by neurophysiologists) It seems to me, no matter how much you write about such a theater, it's always a little Zen. Therefore, I propose to plunge into an unusual reality and interact with other characters. You can get to know yourself and others more, relax, warm up by a real fireplace with pine logs, and just eat)   And who knows, maybe in some unknown hitherto role you will find yourself genuine. Well, or a very important part of yourself. This will be the most enjoyable training format and honestly, no coaching  This evening, not quite the usual rules of communication will apply. But these will already be our secrets! And the most important thing!In this action we will be able to be directors, actors, and spectators at the same time!
