Glenfiddich Single Malt Dining Dinner at YUG

YUG continues its series of special gastronomic dinners, and already on November 27 the restaurant will host an evening dedicated to Glenfiddich whiskey. Our special guest is Alexander Ivchenko, ambassador of the Glenfiddich family distillery in our region. Alexander will talk about the intricacies of tasting and creating single malt whiskey, as well as the unique flavors and technologies of Glenfiddich. For the guests of the evening, we have prepared a 4-course set, each of which will be served accompanied by a specially selected Glenfiddich single malt Scotch whiskey: • Cheese plate from Delicia YUG with Glenfiddich 12, which has an expressive pear flavor, long and smooth aftertaste; • Juicy duck breast with persimmon complements Glenfiddich 15 - the deep and spicy taste of this whiskey with sweet notes of honey and fruit goes well with game; • For a hot meal, we will offer beef tenderloin, which is baked on charcoal, the taste of meat will effectively emphasize the intriguing combination of baked apple, notes of cinnamon and oak whiskey Glenfiddich 18; • And for dessert, we suggest trying the delicate San Sebastian cheesecake with quince accompanied by a cocktail based on Glenfiddich whiskey.
