In the footsteps of German settlements

Travel along the route Mannheim-Strasbourg-Selz-Kandel (German villages in the Odessa region). Program. We will visit the places where German colonists settled two centuries ago. Very little remains of their settlements, but the buildings of the church have not yet been completely destroyed. We are waiting for: an excursion to the museum of German colonists and local legends, we will visit the shore of the Kuchurgan reservoir, walk along it, look at the opposite Moldavian coast, and see what remains of the main military airfield of the Odessa military district. Departure at 8 o'clock, we are going in the area of ​​the railway station. We will return to Odessa by 6 pm. Time adjustments are possible. The cost is 500 UAH (children and club members - 450). Includes: travel, excursion to the museum, escort along the route. It is possible to organize lunch in a cafe, or we organize a picnic on the bank of the estuary (according to weather conditions).
