We have already held similar meetings, all three practices complement each other perfectly. ⠀ Cocoa is an ancient drink, translated from Greek Teobrama means “food of the gods”. The drink itself is not like the one served in a cafe, we will get acquainted with real cocoa, which the Mayans and Aztecs drank many millennia ago. Cocoa will give a boost of energy to embody intention in ecstatic dance. ⠀ Then we will smoothly move on to Ecstatic Dance - a favorite intuitive practice that does not require experience or special training. Evgeniya Pronina will be your guide She will show you how to live your story and through movement free your body from stagnant energy and blocked emotions. This is not a disco, but a deep therapeutic practice. We will smoothly enter the dance and will also smoothly come out of it into relaxation. ⠀The leader of the relaxation will be Denis Balykhin, his sound sessions penetrate into the very heart. Vibrations of bells, singing bowls, hang, tambourine, jew's harp and divya. Words cannot describe this process, it must be heard.
