First aid for children with trauma

Whatever statistics of accidents we did not consider, the number of injured children is always indicated in a separate column. A child is more vulnerable than an adult, as he is less experienced, less attentive, physically weaker, more trusting. Often, the child does not have knowledge of safe behavior on the street and in everyday life, and sometimes he simply cannot assess the full danger of the situation. Even if the child is constantly supervised, it is impossible to completely eliminate all the risks of child injury. How to provide first aid in case of injury, dislocation, fracture? How to stop bleeding? What to do if a child drinks Domestos or swallows a battery? How to provide first aid for a burn? At the training "First aid for children with trauma" we will consider modern algorithms and international standards for the provision of first aid to children. We will work together with you all the skills in practice, using special and improvised means. You will become a participant in simulation situations where it will be necessary not only to show the correct practice of skills, but also to be able to work harmoniously in a team. Training program: ✔️Features of the child's body, differences in first aid for children; ✔️ Inspection of the scene and personal safety; ✔️Rules for calling an ambulance, features of communication with the station dispatcher; ✔️The concept of wounds and bleeding; ✔️Fractures of bones and dislocations in children, first aid; ✔️Primary examination of a victim with an injury, children's trauma examination;✔️ Transfer and transportation of the victim; ✔️Providing first aid for burns in children; ✔️Providing first aid in acute poisoning; ✔️First aid for animal bites.
