A creative therapeutic group for those who are interested in learning more about themselves through independently created images and metaphors. 10 meetings 3 hours a day. Saturdays from 16:00 to 19:00 WHAT DO WE DO? - sculpt - draw (no drawing skills needed) - compose - create masks, collages and photos PROGRAM The program includes 4 blocks, but the whole process will be adjusted to the needs and requests of the participants. Block 1 acquaintance, self-presentation of how others see me Block 2 me, my emotions and inner world Block 3 my relationships (with parents, children, partners, friends) Block 4 resources, energy, self-realization WHAT CAN YOU GET IN A GROUP? * 30 hours of creativity and therapy * new acquaintances and support * self-support methods * release of creative energy and reduction of anxiety The group starts on February 6 at Pushkinskaya, 33.
