Intensive Yoga Workshop with Somnath

 At the seminar Somnath (Kruglov Sergey Valerievich) teaches the practices of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga.  This is an advanced level lesson. It includes teaching techniques that are not taught in regular classes. During the lesson, all practices gently lead to a state of spontaneous meditation.  In the seminar program: ✔ satsang; ✔ pranayama; ✔ the basics of meditation; ✔ pratyahara practice; ✔ Dharana practices; ✔ mantra yoga (work with beads); ✔ tea party with treats.  The cost of the seminar is 350 UAH.
