"I myself" - personal growth training for adolescents 12+: summer intensive

Adolescence is a period of intense change. Self-awareness, level of self-esteem and self-control develops 輪 ‍♂️.  It is during this period that adolescents need understanding and help from their elders. To become adults, they try to build themselves, their own image. ⛰Our program "I myself" - Personal training for adolescents 12-15 years old, - will help the teenager build his own image of "I" ⛰Our goal: to create conditions for the formation of a positive image through self-awareness and self-regulation. 里 The program consists of 5 training sessions: 1.part of the lesson - the main block on the topic (theoretical and practical part) 2. part of the lesson - manifestation through creativity: fairy tales, narratives, art techniques, etc. 里 In our classes, we implement the following tasks: 1. Self-expression and acceptance 2. Formation of imagination through writing free stories, disclosing communication skills, self-disclosure and understanding of another 3. We will reveal the abilities, creativity and skill, which in the future will help in the implementation of the vocational guidance task 4. We will create conditions for successful activity as the main motive for learning 5.
