On June 22, 2021 at 15:00 in the Odessa Literary Museum there will be a presentation of the book "Stories that will stay with us ..." (Odessa, 2021) and a creative meeting with the author - Victoria Koritnyanskaya, a young talented writer, a member of the Odessa literary studio "Green Lamp" at the World Club of Odessa citizens. The presented publication contains the memoirs of ordinary people of three generations: eyewitnesses who survived the Second World War, their children and grandchildren. In essays-interviews, war appears in many of its manifestations: war on the front line, in the occupation and in the rear, as well as in the territories of Germany and the countries - its allies (in the memories of people who have been in captivity). The geography of life stories is diverse. The book contains memories of residents of Odessa, Kiev, Lvov, Dnieper, Lutsk, Svalyava, as well as many villages and towns located in different regions of Ukraine. Each memory is a real story of a person's being in the terrible hard times of war, in which, unfortunately, there is a place and grief from the losses experienced, and, fortunately, the joy of fulfilled hopes, expectations and love ... The book is a valuable collection of documented materials for historical and regional studies and will be of interest to a wide range of readers, because, as noted by the cultural scientist and well-known journalist Yevgeny Golubovsky: "it is still difficult to find a family where war does not become a home history." We invite everyone to the meeting. * * * "Stories that will stay with us ..." / presentation of the book by Viktoria KorytnyanskoyOn 22 April 2021 about 15:00 in the Odessa Literary Museum there will be a presentation of the book "Stories that will stay with us ..." at the All-Holy Club of Odessa.
