Deep gymnastics is a type of personal work with your body, as a result of which there is a feeling of a holistic perception of yourself, both physically and spiritually. This weekend we are teaching the Deep Gymnastics complex, and we will continue to practice regularly for a month. In addition to the basic complex, there will be a complex for the neck and upper back - this is a straight mega necessary for all sedentary, semi-recumbent and generally slow-moving, especially those who work from home. ❗What is the difference between DEEP gymnastics and ordinary gymnastics? For deep study, 10-15 minutes a day is enough - just a dream of a modern busy person. WHAT IS THIS ACHIEVED? By working with the attention system, which is the basis of the practice.
