Snails of Bessarabia and Vinaria

Friends, on August 1 we are going to taste snails, drink wine and enjoy Bessarabian hospitality!  The farm "Snails of Bessarabia" grows and sells the most popular species of snails in Europe - Helix Aspersa Muller. We will visit the breeding and spawning premises; we will see open "plantations" with snails and a cold room, where snails can stay in suspended animation for up to 8 months. What will happen:  a tour of the farm;  tasting snails with sauce. ⛪️ Then we go to Izmail - a city that has been part of 8 different states during its long history! It is the largest port on the Danube, owned by Ukraine. Cruise ships stop here, and many popular excursion routes along the Danube River and European countries start and end here. We will have a short sightseeing tour of Izmail. As well as tasting and lunch in the authentic wine cellar "Vinaria". The tasting includes:  2 positions of white dry;  1 pink;  3 positions of red wines;  50 g of local cheese (sheep cheese, cow cheese, soft goat cheese)  50 g. Of kavarma.  bread on wine yeast / toasts from yeast-free bread.
