Gallery Invogue # ART presents the show "CONTINUED ...". The whole project is a further development of the art of social and cultural transformations on the basis of the phenomenon of collection. The exposition is based on the artist's collection of two generations of the same motherland of zbirachiv: friend of Semyon and Deer Vernik and Oleksandr's son. Formed from two great rings, the show deliberately demonstrates the tendencies of the art of the hour, the cultural and social-political specialties, showing the development of artists directly from the Odessa non-conformities to the most recent artists. The exhibition is based on an art collection of two generations of one family of collectors: the spouses Semyon and Elena Vernik and their son Alexander. The presented exhibition, formed from two large collections, clearly demonstrates the tendencies of the art of its time, its cultural and socio-political characteristics, shows the development of artistic trends from Odessa nonconformists to modern bright artists. Semyon and Elena Vernik are collectors with half a century of experience. The main principle and main hobby of their collection is Odessa unofficial art. In the collection of Elena and Semyon there are works by Lyudmila Yastreb, Valentin Khrushch, Oleg Sokolov and many other well-known Odessa authors. The collection of Alexander Vernik, also starting with the Odessa nonconformists, has passed into a collection full of paintings of different style and direction.
