We will talk in more detail: ➡️How a professional looks from a business point of view, what is appreciated. ➡️ At what point do those who chose the IT sphere and business intersect. ➡️Why do professionals need a company. Duration of the report: 20 minutes + QA. About the speaker: Evgeny Goland, Founder and President of DataArt. An entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience in IT. In 1997 he founded DataArt, an international software development company that now employs over 4,000 people in more than ten countries. ✅Maxim Zhdanov (DataArt Vice President of Travel & Hospitality Practice) will make a presentation on the topic: "New Normal and trends in the travel industry".The coronavirus pandemic is perhaps the largest event in recent memory. During the pandemic, representatives of the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality Industry experienced cardiac arrest. Most sources point to 50-60% unemployment in the main segments of the industry. Hotel occupancy rates dropped to nearly 95% globally in just a few weeks. At the height of the quarantine, airlines' throughput dropped by nearly 80%. Many transactional enterprises in the supply chain have cut staff dramatically. Travel companies have been flooded with cancellation requests, and processing times for returns and cancellations have increased to 30-90 days. All over the world, months of isolation have affected every aspect of life: how we work, how we shop, how we communicate and what we do, when almost all out-of-home entertainment was banned. Countries are gradually reopening, but “normal” is no longer what it used to be. Social distancing and masks are common, businesses are working remotely and adopting new policies to keep employees and consumers safe. As a result of the pandemic, travel will be far-reaching: PCR tests are plentiful and required almost everywhere, vaccinated and recovered people can travel more smoothly and seem to have more freedom of movement. But any crisis creates opportunities for those who are open to new things and are able to quickly adapt. Will the recovery from this crisis be the same as the ones we are facing, and is there really a positive side?✅Andrey Shklyarov (Chief Compliance Officer) will speak with the topic: "Modern information security risks in the field of software development services." Information security is of great importance these days. Andrey will tell you what are the security risks for companies providing software development services and what companies can do to better manage them.
