The event goes like this: we all get together, do the tuning, load up and connect with the body and dance to a live real di set. The music of Ecstatic Dance involves a journey through the waves of emotions, a meeting with your Soul and ecstatic experiences of the unity of All  After the dance, we do a quiet meditation, share our feelings in a warm circle and whatever we want.
