Friends! We invite you on June 12-13 to study Deep Sound Level 1. Deep sound is a set of vocal energy exercises. It is a powerful state-building practice - through working with the voice and the energy of sound vibration. It brings us together, energizes, balances us. Takes only 15 minutes a day and does not require the ability to sing, hit the notes, sit in the lotus position Observing our sound in a special way and chanting a certain set of mantras, we find ourselves in a special state - a state of altered consciousness or a meditative state.
