A young orphan hooligan Ricky, prone to escape, comes to a new family and even somehow more or less takes root in it thanks to the cares of Aunt Bella. However, soon the woman dies, Bella's husband does not need Ricky, and the boy, fearing that he will be sent to a correctional colony, because no one else wants to adopt him, decides to live in the forest.
