Therapeutic group
We are recruiting for a small therapeutic group. 里️The therapy group is a "little life", a model of real life. In a group, you can understand how others perceive us, what our strengths are, what can interfere with our contact with others, here you can try new, more effective ways of interacting with people in a safe environment, and then transfer this experience into real life. This is a PLACE and TIME to try roles, and change your life line, acquire new habits, correct previously uncorrected ones, close old pages and find new ones. Here are PEOPLE with interest in themselves and in their interactions with others. Where does everyone study and live: * better understand and manage your feelings; * cope with feelings of anxiety, uncertainty, irritability and mood swings; * realize their own desires and needs; * understand your capabilities; * develop a sense of self-worth and significance; * improve relationships with others; * understand your own and other people's boundaries; * share your difficulties and achievements; * understand what makes you feel happy; * be understood in their difficulties and experiences; * receive emotional support. This therapy group is a long program of one meeting per week, Mondays 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, October through May. ⏳ Time: start of the therapy group - 10/04/2021 (once a week) Location: lane.
