Training objectives: Mastering by the participants the skills of preparation and presentation of educational material. Creation by the participants of a personal plan for organizing training events and mastering methods for assessing their effectiveness. How to lead a group, how to cope with difficult situations, how to convey material, how to keep yourself always in a resourceful state. You will be able to try yourself as a coach in dynamic situations of varying degrees of difficulty and acquire the skill of leading a real group. Module topics: 1. Conducting training: Training planning. Formation of group rules. Combination of planning and improvisation. Ethical principles of training. 2. Skills of working with the audience: Types of audiences and the specifics of working with them. Working with group dynamics. Stages of development of the group and the work of a trainer at each stage. Mastery of space and state. Skills of joining and leading in a group. Psychogeography. Explicit and implicit goals of the trainer and participants in the training. Methods of working with "difficult" participants. Disposal of any situations that arise in the group. 3. Forms and types of organization of training processes: Specificity of educational trainings. Specificity of changing trainings. Game techniques during training. Rules for conducting "Brainstorming". Role-playing games: preparation and use. Cases: preparation and use.Coaching as a type of personal training in an organization. Games and exercises for different stages of the training. Ways to keep the group in working order throughout the training. 4. Features of the work of coaches in pairs: The work of two expert trainers. How to deliver training on a topic you don't know with a non-trainer expert. How and when to draw on group resources. 5. Maintaining a personal resource state by a trainer: The personal state of the coach and its influence on the state of the group. Ways to maintain yourself in a resourceful state (physical and psychological). 6. Calculation and time management. Module results: By the end of this module, participants: They will master various ways of conducting training. They will “run in” their training program in conditions close to real ones.
