The therapy group is a "model of the world" in which everyone brings themselves, their strengths and weaknesses, the ability to be successful and their disappointments. In a group, it is easier to see new behaviors, try them, and gain new experiences. In the cozy space of the therapeutic group, you can slow down and understand what is actually happening in life, where we run, for what purposes. Are we running correctly or are there other options. Who is running alongside, whether he helps us or not. What we worry and worry about and what we can do about it. In real time, you will be able to build relationships, observe and acknowledge your difficulties, define your feelings, relive and release your fears, and receive loving feedback from other participants and moderators. Using the example of relationships between group members, we will explore our habits, beliefs, ways of interacting with other people. We will try to find new ways of contact, we will try to find a balance between our interests and the preservation of relations, we will definitely take something in our luggage for life after the group. The group is a closed and confidential space. Each participant determines their own tasks and goals in group therapy. The difference in the needs of the participants, the freedom to choose the speed and direction of their development is one of the important resources of the group.
