GOURMET TOUR in Terrace. Sea View! The Synergy Group team continues to explore the multifaceted world of culinary experiences with top chefs from around the world. We invited Pavel Bagryanov, the famous St. Petersburg chef of the GREBESHKI restaurant and the teacher of the school of microwave chefs, to hold an author's gastronomic dinner in the Terrace. Sea View. Pavel completed internships in Rome and Peru, in the best cevicheria in Latin America LA MAR. The chef specializes in northern seafood, with an emphasis on local fish and seafood, combining them with the vibrant flavors of Asia and Latin America. In the evening menu: 1. Sea urchin with yolk cream and caviar. 2. Scallop sashimi with ponzu and black truffle. 3. Smoked mackerel in unagi with cauliflower. 4. Salmon with wild mushroom duxel and pressed caviar. 5.
