Gestalt therapy basics

We invite you to a basic Gestalt therapy course, where you can take the risk of trying different forms of interaction with others, with yourself, with the world. The process of teaching the theoretical foundations of Gestalt therapy is integrated into the practice of the field paradigm, when training takes place not at the desks, but in a circle, where the coach carefully accompanies you in the exciting process of comprehending new facets of yourself and the world. Gestalt therapy tools allow you to: - be present in your life, take your unique place - discover resources to achieve goals - to find your unique melody and breathe with pleasure, create and live life to the fullest. The training cycle consists of 9 two-day sessions. The training takes place in the format of educational and therapeutic groups. The program complies with EAGT standards.
