Cremant. Wine evening

Hi WineLovers!  壟 Prepared in December two evenings with festive drinks.  We devoted the first evening to the Cremans. Cremant is a term that first appeared in Champagne, and since 1975 has received its first AOC  In Champagne itself, they named their sparkling Creman because of its creamy taste. And there is a technological explanation for this (we will find out)  Today, many Cremans can compete with Champagne. And over the past year, we have noticed how the demand for this type of sparkling wine is increasing.  At our individual tastings, we introduce guests to Creman, and statistics say that 8 out of 10 either have not tried it or do not know what it is.  The guests are especially surprised not only by the taste, but also by the price.
