New master class "Winter Pleasure" in Plyushkin on February 6 at 14:00. Two vegetable dishes, two sauces, a fish main course and a dessert are waiting for you. Carefully! These dishes can become favorite and addictive  What will we cook: Hot appetizer: cauliflower baked under creamy-spicy crust with cheese sauce;  Main: red fish fillet with horseradish sauce, apples, capers and Jerusalem artichoke puree; 籠 Dessert: Banana Foster - caramelized bananas with rum and ice cream. MASTER CLASS FORMAT  We are meeting at 14:00 at Uspenskaya, 119. There will be tea, water, coffee.  I will tell you what will happen and in what order.  We will cook cauliflower without disassembling into inflorescences. Prepare everything for baking, bake, and in the meantime prepare the sauce.  For the main one, let's cook mashed potatoes.  Remove all the bones from the fish, cut into portions and bake, and in the meantime prepare the sauce.  Let's try an appetizer and a main course with white wine.
