Body awareness and mental intimacy

This is a series of 3 hour master classes where we will learn to notice our habitual patterns of behavior, ways of interacting with other people. We will practice new ways of communication, learn to build boundaries, feel our body, talk about our desires, and also feel and live everything that will manifest itself in the current moment. Topics we work with: corporality, awareness, desires, boundaries, communication, emotions, feelings, relationships, intimacy, sexuality. Used practices: bodily, conversational, contact, dance, meditative In the process, participants will be offered various exercises in pairs or in a group, which will allow them to find new mechanisms for ecological contact with other people, as well as allow them to connect a little more with their feelings and body.
