Certification – upon graduation You receive a certificate of international standard, entitling You to undergo further training on the system of Zhong yuan Qigong, including the Grand Master Xu Mingtang. The PROGRAM “qi GONG – level 1” INCLUDES: – opening the channels on fingers and toes; – 4-preparatory exercises; – 3 basic exercises: a Large tree; the Transformation of qi (Yang qi); Small heavenly circle (Microcosmic orbit); – 2 methods of purification from bad qi; – methods of reception of qi, including, Yin qi and Yang qi; methods – radiation, Yin and Yang qi; – breath through the points and channels (Laogun, Unityone, the Crown); – practice qigong while walking; – practice qigong during sleep; Shape Of Chinese Therapy: – method of diagnosing hands. – 4 treatment method arms; – some methods of self-medication: – normalization of blood pressure; – work with vision; – relaxation; – regulation of functions of internal organs.
