Our meeting is devoted to the study of movement and self-awareness in our body; getting rid of chronic fatigue and discomfort in the body!              What is somatic or somatic training?       Hannah's somatic training is a safe, mild, practical approach to getting rid of chronic pain, as well as improving smoothness, freedom in movement and in life. In simple words, this is how to learn to use your body with pleasure.              Who will benefit from this?       To everyone who is a little over 30t and has something to say thanks to his body.              What requests do we work with:       1. Tension in the neck.       2. Heaviness and weight on belts       3. Headaches and back pain       4. Problems with the pelvis and legs       5. Improved mobility and flexibility.              Somatics works with the cause of most chronic muscle pains, so the quality of movement. We will learn how to control muscles through awareness of movement. This process improves muscle function.
