The Mindspot Eight-Week Productivity Practical Course is an eight-week training session in personal effectiveness skills, accompanied by certified Mindspot instructors. What is productivity? What does it consist of?              Week 2 - Values, goals, essentialism. The path to productivity through values. Goals as a focus of attention. Limit of goals for a day, month, year. Formulation of goals in words. What to do if you can’t go towards the goals?              Week 3 - Goals for the day, work with distractions, a point of choice and reinforcements. Productivity rhythms. What brings and leads away from the desired picture of life? The techniques of awareness, the ability to separate from the pleasant and the unpleasant. Unidirectional attention to one task.              Week 4 - Learning to formulate tasks. The rule of "malicious cat". The evolutionary psychology of procrastination.Week 5 - Push and pull. We facilitate interaction with information flows. Noise removal. How can one work with distractions from the inside and help oneself from the outside? Work with incoming information streams.              Week 6 - Rest, pauses, permission to be unproductive. Quality rest between business, return to the body. High-quality attention switching. The method of work in the sprint format for 20 minutes, pomodoro technique. Meditation. Normalization of sleep. Scanning and relaxing the body.              Week 7 — Analysis. Is there planning without analysis? Reconciliation of movement through analysis. Monitoring the path, quality and dynamics of movement, the number of tasks.              Week 8 - Celebration, debriefing, new plans and sharing. Analysis of the course and yourself in the know. Summing up the 7-week cycle.
