What is Mindfulness for Beginners? These are classes in which you will learn the theoretical foundations and basic tools for working with mindfulness. You will receive all the necessary information about the practices of mindfulness, which will form your understanding of the principles of work practices and their impact on the body. Having tried specific tools in practice, you will take the first steps towards awareness, enlist the support of like-minded people and set the vector of movement towards a bright and fulfilled life. Key skills that train with mindfulness: ° relaxation; ° clarity of thought; ° stress resistance; ° self-regulation; ° presence in your life; ° greater understanding of yourself.
