For the development of mindfulness skills, not only regularity is important, but also the depth of immersion.       Regularity is provided by daily practice.              And for the depth of immersion, retreat is traditionally used - a multi-day intensive “swim” with a large number of hours of practice.              In the new circumstances, we decided not to stop this good tradition and put the retreat online. Are you worried that you can have many distractions at home retreats?              Think about the following:        all extraneous sounds are an excellent object for research in practice;       If your intention to practice strongly, you will not be able to interfere even with a rock concert in the background;        your own thoughts may sound even louder than the sounds around you - and in the center of Mindspot you still need to work with it.              On the other hand, at home there is always a sense of calm, warmth and comfort that supports you.              Allocate a convenient place for yourself, organize the space with maximum comfort and let the retreat day become a small celebration of a long stay at home.              Schedule:       10: 00-11: 00 - session 1       11: 00-11: 15 - a break       11: 15-12: 00 - session 2       12: 00-12: 15 - a break       12: 15-13: 00 - session 3       13: 00-14: 00 - lunch       14: 00-14: 45 - session 4       14: 45-15: 00 - a break       15: 00-15: 45 - session 5       15: 45-16: 00 - a break       16: 00-17: 00 - session 6              Each session includes:       ° introduction to a new topic;       ° discussion of the previous topic;       ° practice;° questions and answers.              We invite everyone to the online retreat. At the same time, it will be most comfortable for those who have a certain experience in practice:       • you participated in a retreat / marathon / regular classes at Mindspot and are familiar with our methodology;       • You yourself practice mindfulness for two consecutive months or more.              At the retreat there will be not only static practices, but also dynamic ones to give the body the opportunity to stretch, stretch, move.              Retreat is a fairly intense format, despite the fact that it is online.
