People suffering from such stress tend to lead a sedentary lifestyle, spend a lot of time at a computer or driving a car. After a long stationary position, the muscles of the neck and entire back experience tension. If you understand what I mean, then you or your loved ones feel such discomfort.       In addition to discomfort and pain, the neck muscles connect the head to the trunk and vital arteries, nerves and blood vessels pass through this “bottleneck”. The circulatory system nourishes and supplies our brain and eyes. If there is tension in the muscles of the neck, then the vessels are narrowed and the nutritional function of the brain is impaired and this affects brain activity, mindfulness, memory and vision.       At the master class, we will reduce the load on the muscles, focus on the normal functioning of the muscles, restore the muscles with the sensory-motor system and reduce the biomechanical load, which leads to excessive stress.       It is not always with neck pain that the problem is in the neck.
