The pandemic, of course, has invigorated the whole world. And if data on physical health is always the first line of news, then what is known about the state of the psyche of people? The main psychological consequences of a pandemic, according to WHO data, are expressed in anxiety and increased stress levels. Stress factors are associated not only with entry and stay in quarantine - uncertainty, potential health risks, social isolation, restrictions, but also with exit from it - the need to adapt to a changed world. Our key resource is security. And we partly lost it. Stress is just the usual automatic reaction of the body in a situation of challenge or threat. And we can control this reaction.
