It's no secret that stress is inevitable. But is it really that scary? How can you assess this condition? Is it something that drains? Or does it encourage and mobilize for effective action? In everyday life, we try to avoid stress. But did you know that stress can be both "good" and "bad"? When stress is short-lived, it is good stress, or eustress. But if it becomes permanent and does not go away through coping or adaptation, then it can turn into distress, which over time leads to anxiety or depression. We invite you to take the online course "Stress Management with Mindfulness". Because in four weeks of training your stress management skills, you can learn:  Quickly recognize the bodily and psychological symptoms of impending stress; Effectively regulate yourself through the techniques of awareness, relaxation and centering;  Introduce new habits of regular practice of "psycho-emotional fitness"; Collect your own set of stress reduction techniques that work for you; To consolidate a new norm - a stable, harmonious life, in which you can skillfully manage yourself in stressful situations. It is important for us that:  you saw the result, so from us - the real tools, from you - the willingness to get involved in active work both in the classroom and at home (homework, keeping records in the workbook, feedback in the general chat). it was exciting and interesting for you so that you fell in love with the practice, therefore the classes will be diverse, saturated with direct sensory experience;  it was clear to you, so you will have feedback from the course leader - in the classroom, in the telegram group, in supportive classes and individual meetings;  it was easy for you, so audio recordings of practices, lists of the best books and practices for life will help you;  you felt comfortable and safe and the first thing we focus on is the creation of a host space for the group. After each lesson, self-study materials and homework will be available. You will learn a lot, try and keep a personal practice diary. Our job is to give you the tools you can use on your own and to help make mindfulness practice regular. When: Start on October 22. Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:30.
