Educational 2-day training workshop for those wishing to master the basic level of training in Nordic walking Content: 1. Tasks, indications and results of Scandinavian walking. General and distinctive features of SH from running and other types of physical education and sports. 2. Different directions of Scandinavian walking: classical; original; according to the rules of the European Association. 3. Mastering the Scandinavian walking technique. 4. Biomechanics of Scandinavian walking. 5. Exercises to restore the natural movement of arms, legs and hands, grip in Nordic walking. 6. Exercises for grounding, centering, balance, development of diagonal, pendulum and parallel movements. Breath. 7. Special and general developmental exercises for training in Nordic walking. Warm-ups with tennis balls and Scandinavian sticks. All theoretical, instructor's (including author's) materials are illustrated, studied and tested in practice during classes. 2-3 hours per school day - Nordic walking training in the park and along the seaside. In modern conditions, SH is vital, multifunctional, healthy and joyful fitness.
