AIDA2 - Basic Freediving Course

隆 Learn to dive in one go. ⠀ On February 6-7, a basic course on the AIDA system will be held in Odessa ⠀  This course is suitable for beginners - anyone who wants to master the basics and obtain the international AIDA2 pool certification. Instructor Vera Olevskaya is the current champion of Ukraine. She will teach you how to dive properly and safely while holding your breath, swim with fins, work with a partner and conduct rescue on the water.
