Sunny yoga practice in Odessa this Sunday with the oum.ru club! ⠀ ☀️ Friends, on 8.08, @alena_aum and @vadim_drigin will hold the Salutation to the Sun complex with mantras and pranayamas near the Buddhist stupa in the sanatorium of Maxim Gorky ⠀ The practice just happens during the New Moon, when our energy resource is on the decline, which means that connecting to the powerful natural power of the Sun is more than ever in handy to feel clarity and restore your resource ⠀ ⭐️The program will include: 8: 00- 8:15 am warm-up setting; 8:15 - 8.45 pranayama theory and practice 8:45 - 9:45 am practice suryanamaskar with mantras; 9:45 - 10:00 shavasana to the sounds of singing Tibetan bowls; 10:00 - 10:15 pranayama practice - nadi shodhana. ⠀ After practice, let's talk a little about the meaning of mantras, why practice them and how they affect consciousness. ⠀ Practice characteristics: dynamic;  clears the mind of anxiety;  fills with energy;  promotes clear vision and serenity;  restores and harmonizes the state;  suitable for all levels of practitioners. ⠀ ⌛️Meet at 7:30 near the main entrance to the sanatorium, and then all together we will go to the Buddhist stupa. ⠀ ✨ We take with us a good mood, rugs, water and favorite fruits - after class we will arrange a common fruit table ⡄  ⠀ Gratitude in the form of a voluntary donation -DONATION  ⠀Mandatory pre-registration - write in a personal message to one of the organizers or put + under this post❤️
