Talisker & Maldivian Yellowfin Gourmet Dinner

Talisker is one of the most awarded Scotch whiskey brands. Alcohol with a unique strength of 45.8%, soft, sweet and fresh smoky aftertaste and unexpectedly dry, rather short aftertaste is one of the main characters of the evening. The second hero is yellowfin tuna. Especially for a gastronomic dinner, a charter flight will deliver us a fish weighing 50 kg, which lives in the waters near the Maldives. Japanese chef Yoshihiro Fujiwara will carve fresh tuna using the special "go-mai oroshi" method. The dinner will be hosted by Dmitry Kolomiets, the brand ambassador of Diageo Reserve in Ukraine, as well as the head bartender of Osocor Residence and the author of the YouTube channel Something Tasty. Our chef, Evgeny Kostromitsky, will present three signature tuna dishes and a dessert that go well with Talisker whiskey. It will be a magical evening.
