Gastro dinner. Andrey Dromov and Dmitry Matyukha

On October 16 at 19:00 at the Redling restaurant there will be a gastronomic dinner + wine tasting. Andrey Dromov (brand chef and host of the Cooking Together program) and Dmitry Matyukha (chef at Redling restaurant) will cook French cuisine: Smoked mackerel riyette with avocado, cream cheese and flying fish roe. Nicoise salad with tuna and quail eggs. Baked snails with a crispy baguette, in hay with dry ice. Escalope foie gras with caramelized mango and Aperol sauce. Lemon sorbet. Passion fruit creme brulee. And also, the guests of the evening will have a presentation and wine tasting, which will be held by one of the best sommeliers in Ukraine - Viktor Tsoi. And all this French gastronomic journey will take place to the music of the most talented pianist, composer, Yaroslav Oleinik. Plunge into the atmosphere of France and culinary battles with us.
