Dinner a-la Creme

Getting ready for the holidays and creamy dinner parties . Master class "Dinner a-la Creme" will take place in Plyushkin on December 5 at 14:00. What are we preparing: 燎 Pancakes with pear and gorgonzola cream;  Farfale pasta with creamy sauce, light salted salmon, cucumber and orange;  Coffee soufflé - the lightest protein dessert baked in the oven. MASTER CLASS FORMAT  We meet at 14:00 on Uspenskaya, 119. If necessary, we will invigorate ourselves with coffee, tea or just water.  With your help, we will prepare and do everything in order.  Pancakes that always come out. Each participant will bake his own pancake or two.  Once again, let's go over how to properly cook pasta (pasta). While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce.  Let's try everything with wine, this time, delicious prosecco - we need to get ready for the holidays.  Let's make a coffee soufflé - a light baked dessert with a creamy texture.  We will surely communicate and share the sensations of the cooked, your impressions.  There is no violence in Plyushkin. Your active participation in the process is encouraged, but not required. We cook in a light, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with music and jokes. THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION 1.
